Due to the addition of a home improvement client, we are hiring a Marketing & Sales Associate to join our retail-based marketing team. The Marketing & Sales Associate is responsible for captivating prospective customers and generating interest in our client's services. Marketing & Sales Associate must show an authentic and personable approach when meeting with prospective customers. 

Day-to-day Promotional Marketing & Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Initiative conversations and engage prospective customers inside of our retail partners  to generate interested sales leads for our clients 
• Stay up to date on our client’s products, services, and promotions that are available in order to provide customers with the best possible experience and discounts 
• Follow all compliance standards while generating new sales leads
• Build and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers, our clients, and retail partners 

Preferred Promotional Marketing & Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Experience working in a retail, customer service or sales-oriented environment is preferred
• Ability to maintain composure and compliance while communicating with customers from all backgrounds and areas in the community
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset
• An attitude of perseverance and grit
• Able to travel to our office and retail locations during scheduled shifts 
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
